How to apply

To be eligible, applicants:

• Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Quebec.
• Applicants must undertake full-time studies.
• Applicants must have an exceptional academic level.
• Mandatory volunteer or community service.
• All applications, reference letters and letters of intent must be signed. Reference letters must be current, no more than three months old. Applicants must include a letter of acceptance from a CEGEP, university or vocational education institution.
• Transcripts and reference letters must be certified. (Only official transcripts bearing the institution's seal will be accepted. Documents sent by email cannot be certified. Copies and web transcripts are not accepted.)
